SEL Relay Settings Database
Simple, standard relay settings. Flexible relay tracking by region, substation, application, and type. Settings templates for SEL relays, including group, port, global, and logic settings, where applicable.  

SEL acSELerator QuickSet®
SEL-5010 users can open and edit their relay settings using acSELerator QuickSet® or QuickSet Designer® within the SEL-5010 environment.

Remote Relay Access with System-Wide Dialing Directory
Upload or download relay settings to/from disk files or settings database. Connect through up to three intermediate communications devices, e.g., SEL-2020/2030, port switch. 

Ethernet License Option
If you have an Ethernet infrastructure that connects your PC and the relays, you can use it for convenient and cost-effective communications for the SEL-5010. The SEL-5010 uses Telnet to communicate over your Ethernet network via an SEL-2701 Ethernet Processor in an SEL-2032 or SEL-2030 Communications Processor, or an SEL-2890 connected to a relay or communications processor, or other serial terminal server products. Use Telnet or FTP to communicate via an SEL-2701 installed in an SEL-421, SEL-421-1, SEL-451 or SEL-487B Relay. 

Single- and Multiple-User Support
Laptop, desktop, and network applications supported. 

Customized Program Security Levels
Selectable program features available to each user.

Notes:

  • Older versions of SEL-5010 are not compatible with licensing using an LAC (License Activation Code) value. Please make sure your software and subscription use an active LAC value before installing the demonstration version.
  • The demonstration version does not permit you to add new connection directory entries if there are more than nine entries.
  • The demonstration version opens the database in exclusive mode. This disables sharing the database with other users.
  • The demonstration version is limited to saving four events in the Auto Event Report Collection form.
  • The demonstration version disables Import and Export features.
