The SEL-547 Distributed Generator Interconnection Relay now ships with a new manual. It consists of a User's Guide and a Reference Manual, sharing a comprehensive index. The default manual delivery medium is CD-ROM. Customers can specify a paper manual with their order.
The SEL-547 Relay Manual describes common aspects of relay application and use. Read the User’s Guide to obtain the necessary information to install, set, test, and operate the relay. The manual details the operation of two common applications, and discusses the operation and setting guidelines for the EZ Settings. The new Reference Manual includes the information to unleash additional capabilities of the SEL-547, through the complete logic and protection settings. The manual includes internal logic diagrams, relay element bit definitions, and descriptions of each setting. Interaction and integration features are described, including SEL Compressed ASCII , Fast Operate and Fast Meter messages, LMD protocol, and Level 2 Access and commands.
The new manual enables you to more easily apply the SEL-547 Distributed Generator Interconnection Relay.
