SEL Ranked #1 Relay Manufacturer by Electric Utilities
 The latest survey conducted by the Newton-Evans Research Company, Worldwide Study of the Protective Relay Marketplace in Electric Utilities: 2006–2008, Volume 1: North American Market, asked personnel at 112 utilities to measure relay manufacturers. Utilities chose Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (SEL) as the #1 manufacturer in all eight categories: technology, price, features, security against hackers, technical service and support, web information, ease of use, and maintenance cost.
Customers ranked SEL #1 in combined customer experience by a large margin over its nearest competitor, showing SEL’s dedication to quality, reliability, and service.
