Reverse Lookup

Online part number configuration requires users to login to an authorized user account. If you do not have a user account, you may register for one.

  • Be sure to specify a selection from each option category before selecting the Display Part Number button. The system will warn you if you forget to enter a required option.

  • As selections are made, the online MOT dynamically offers subsequent valid options. Options that are no longer valid are light gray in color and cannot be selected.

 

  • To reset a selection category, click the orange icon to the left of the selection category title. Be aware that resetting a selection category and subsequently choosing an option within it may affect choices previously made, as validation occurs at every step in the part number creation process.

  • When displaying a part number, product categories and your corresponding selections are listed so you can confirm you have selected the desired options.

  • You can start over at any time by selecting the "Clear Result" link at the top left of the page.

  • When submitting your part number, please print and provide the entire page rather than the part number only. The page contains valuable information we will use to help us validate our order entry and ensure you get what you ordered (such as the four-digit key to the right of the part number).

If you know a part number but are not sure what features are contained in that part, use the system reverse lookup feature.

  • When displaying a configuration for a part number, note the selection fields below the configuration table become populated with the corresponding selections.

  • You can make changes to your selections and rebuild your part number as desired.

 

  • Selecting the "option map" when configuring a part or displaying a configuration will show the part number matrix and the position of each selection in the part number. This feature is used internally to validate part numbers. It is not necessary for customers to provide this information when submitting orders.
Print and Fax Top

After configuring your part number, select the "print" button to complete the process. It is important that you print and include the entire page with your order so that we can most efficiently process your order.

  • Note that when printing you may need to adjust the margin settings in your browsers print dialog box to prevent page truncation. To edit your print settings:
    • If using Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser:
      Select File -> Page Setup
      Change left and right page margins to .5
      Click Ok
    • If using the Firefox web browser:
      Select File ->Page Setup
      Select the "Margins & Header/Footer" tab
      Change left and right margins to .5
      Click Ok
  • Your print copy will contain your correct part number, a four digit validation key, and a configuration table showing all product categories and selections made.

  • To generate a model option table from the online system showing all available options, select your model option table and print the page prior to configuration. You may also select "Clear Result" after configuring a product to reset the page and then print to view all options.
