Installation and Normal Operation

• Install test blocks in a panel.
• Connect field wiring to instrument transformers, contacts, and coils.
• Connect panel wiring to relay inputs and outputs.

Commissioning Testing

Connect an SEL-4600 test plug to a test set using cables with insulated banana plugs. Insert the plug into the block.
